Did you know we offer junior gym training times?

Our junior gym sessions allow members aged 13-18 to train in Be Well fitness gyms. Some centres also offer extended times during school holidays. Check out the session times below for each centre.

Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) – No sessions.

Monday – Fridays – 12pm – 2pm and 4pm-6pm
