Be Well The Spa at York Hall Leisure Centre offers turkish hammams, sauna and steam rooms, a relaxation room, cold plunge pool, as well as treatment rooms. Use of Be Well The Spa facilities is available to members with a spa membership, or can booked at an additional cost. 

Our Mile End health suite includes a sauna, steam room and relaxation room. We offer mixed, women only and men only sessions. Bookable for one hour.

Whitechapel Leisure Centre has separate women only and men only saunas, accessible through our changing facilities and can be booked for one hour.
