How to get involved
Book an anniversary Thermal Spa session at 1pm (men only), 3.30pm (mixed session) or 5.30pm (women only session) and you will also receive:
- Complimentary healthy refreshments
- A complimentary 10 minute mini treatment (choose from a chair massage, mini facial or Theragun session)
- A raffle entry with the chance to win a Platinum HydraFacial (worth £145), a 25-minute massage, guest passes or thermal spa vouchers
- Access to exclusive anniversary discounts: 30% off all spa treatments booked and paid for on the day (valid for same day or future appointments)
- The opportunity to speak to a HydraFacial expert and book a 15 minute demo Signature HydraFacial (additional cost: £25 per treatment)
You can also book the 15 minute demo Signature HydraFacial as a standalone treatment without a Thermal Spa session.

HydraFacial discovery morning
Your best skin is waiting. Discover the treatment loved by celebrities and skincare experts worldwide.
The discovery morning will take place Friday 12 December 9am – 11am (before the spa opens to the public!) and is the perfect opportunity to learn about and see the power of HydraFacials.
Witness first hand the HydraFacial glow, and learn about the science that goes into these clinically tested treatments. You’ll get to see a live demonstration, get expert answers to your questions, and discover a new path to a healthy, radiant complexion.

Your HydraFacial Discovery morning ticket includes:
A free mini relaxation massage
A free HydraFacial Perk treatment (eyes or lips – bookable for the day or a future date)

New thermal spa timetable from 1st November 2025
From 1st November 2025 our Be Well The Spa thermal spa experience timetable will be changing.
Key changes include:
- Extending our opening times to 7.30pm (Mondays to Fridays) to allow easier access for customers who may be wishing to use the facilities after work.
- Changes to our male and female only sessions to allow morning and late afternoon sessions for both men and women, and an equal split of sessions.
These changes are based on customer feedback and we hope will be beneficial for Be Well members and customers.
Please note that 2 hour thermal spa sessions include full access to facilities and includes changing time to allow for a smooth and relaxing experience for all.
