Adult Basic Classes

From HIIT and aqua aerobics, to Pilates and dance fitness, these classes for those aged 16 and above combine lower intensity with simpler movements to help you build confidence and the foundations to get moving.

Our junior classes are tailored specifically for ages 11-17. They feature a mix of classes for teenagers who want to give everything a go.

Pilates

Centre yourself. Our Pilates classes come in all shapes and sizes, but they all focus on concentration and muscle control, for a highly effective workout. Good for: lengthening and strengthening your core.

Parent & Baby Yoga

Perfect for parent and baby interaction and communication. This session is designed for parents and babies and includes massage, stretching and postures, singing and rhymes, game playing and relaxation. Good for: parent and baby bonding and wellbeing.

Aerobics

Get fit the fun way. You will perform a range of cardio moves, taking each at your own pace, all guided by our friendly, motivational instructors. Good for: cardio fitness and conditioning.

Water Workout

Refresh yourself! These invigorating, effective, but low-impact workouts in the water are easy on your joints. Choose from one of our themed or discipline-based classes. Good for: mobility and stress relief.

Deep Water Workout

Full body water workout. Get all the benefits of a workout, plus improved core strength, all while being easy on your joints. Classes take place in the deep-end of the pool using buoyancy aids, so it is essential you can swim to take part in the class. Good for: low impact, but high intensity workout.

Power Pump

Let’s get pumped. This challenging workout features a range of weight-based exercises, set to upbeat music that is sure to keep you motivated. Good for: strength and conditioning of all major muscle groups.

Ballet inspired fitness. This unique blend of ballet moves, Pilates, conditioning and strength exercises, is designed to help you build a lean, dancer-like physique. Good for: core stability, conditioning and balance.

A little different – and just for the ladies. This class features a range of fun, energising activities, all taking place on our dedicated fitness poles. Good for: strengthening and conditioning whilst having fun.
